So, I'm extremely excited to be driving away in my brand new to me car. Ryan Duffey, besides being an amazing person, did the utmost to make sure that I not only got a car, but a vehicle I was actually excited about. His exact words were, I will make sure you leave here with a smile and has done everything to ensure it. The process could not have been easier. I've been putting off getting a car for years because of how complicated I thought the process would be due to my shaky credit. Trust me, if I can do, anybody can. Will definitely be referring people. Thanks Ryan for making my car buying experience better than I ever could have imagined... and the beef jerky was also a plus.
Terry was absolutely amazing. He was very thorough on all the details of the process and very professional. He took the time to explain all the vehicles we were looking at that day and even helped us through the change of heart process and found me a car that fit the needs of my family even better!!! I 100% recommend him to anyone and everyone! I did not care for his boss whatsoever, he was very pushy and highly unprofessional so the very few interactions I had with him are the only reasons I gave a "good"rating and not "great". Thank you so much Terry!
Everyone is very polite and well mannered. They get you in a car you want or the next best thing at affordable prices.
We came in today and worked with Terry. He is by far amazing he explains everything in detail. We were there for about 1.5-2 hours and we walked out with a car. He worked with my down payment. He even went to put more gas in the car before we left. I highly suggest you go check him out! Tell him Traci sent you.
Tim and Zack went completely out of their way to get me into a Truck that I did not believe was possible. I can not say enough good things about them and how customer orientated they treated me. If you need a vehicle by all means check them out before going any place else. They really work with you. Five stares are not enough to truly indicate the way they do business.
