This is to inform you of an upcoming software enhancement to allow us to better serve you. You will see this enhancement when attempting to make a payment through all of our payment avenues. The main difference you will encounter is how you access all of your accounts. When accessing your accounts each individual account will need to be selected and each payment will be a separate transaction.
Please note that your loans/accounts are not combined into one payment with the new software, and each transaction will incur a convenience fee. To account for this change, we have negotiated a convenience fee of $2.00 for each transaction processed.
Customers looking to avoid convenience fees are encouraged to set their account up on automatic recurring payments which will not incur a fee. Also payments made in person at any Oak Motors location or via Oak Motors mobile app will not be assessed a convenience fee.
This integration of the new software will take place December 6th, 2021. While anticipated concerns and additional questions may arise, we assure you that our product and support procedures will remain unchanged for now and we intend to incorporate the best features of all our product lines in the future. You will continue to have access to the same tools to help you manage and monitor your automotive loan(s). After the transition, you will be able to access your account by logging into the Oak Motors app or www.IndianaFinance.net with the same information you used in the past.
